Do you or anyone you know have a B.C. Rich Stealth (black, 1 Dimarzio X2N)? I am willing to pay up to $1500 for this guitar...The Related Offers And Requests didn't seem right, so I figure I'd post it here.

I have a '78 BC Rich Bitch that is beat all to hell. Actually a pretty good guitar, but certainly nothing that would fall in the "mint condition" category. Not to mention it is plastered in stickers. Good luck though on the Stealth.

I've been wanting one of those forever, since seeing Joe Perry with one when I was a kid. If I ever find a decent non bolt-on version for sale, I still might snatch it up - although the wife would probably hand me my ass for buying yet another guitar.

:)

I'd never even seen a Stealth up until about five minutes ago - what a sweet looking guitar. I hope you find one.

I have a guitar that I never touched :D. It's red and thats just about all I know about it, besides it's electric.

Mine is neck through. The person who had it before me hopped it up...it's got an active pickup, a mid boost and the pickups are wired out of phase so you get that cool flange effect. It was also painted and awful flat black and had some serious wiring problems. Funny thing is that I got it at a pawn shop for 150 bucks and they didn't have a clue what it was! I bought it halfway thinking it was a knock-off, but I checked the serial number with a dealer and sure enough...it's the real thing!

Hmm, I don't have one of those, but I do have a guitar I'm trying to sell. An Ibanez RG520SQ. $450 with hard case :D

I don't want an Ibanez, I have 2, and that is plenty.

Yeah, this guitar is a beast. The pickup is very good as well...I played on my uncle's guitar a few years ago. He died recently, but they had to sell it to earn some cash to pay his hospital bills (he had a brain tumor removed). I didn't have the money for it, so I passed up the opportunity.

Stealth's are out of production too aren't they?

While we're here, does anybody own one of the new crops of BC Rich's? They used to be very well made guitars, but they seem to be moving more towards the budget minded player (not neccessarily a bad thing however). Do they sound good? Are they reliable etc?

I have an Aria Pro II STG Series, strat copy. Someone left it at my place or I bought it for $60 with amp (can't quite remember). I've owned many a guitar, traded them, sold them, and somehow they keep ending up with me, though I can't play, heh.

I'm a drummer. :D

Hobo is multi-skilled...I got a nice head/cabinet today. For my belated birthday my grandma bought me a Marshall AVT150H head and a AVT420A cabinet. Nice stuff there.

Well, the Stealths are still being made in the BC Rich Custom Shop, they just cost like $3000, as they aren't mass manufactured.
