I'm looking for an intranet specifically for a family type website. I've seen a few but they are so business-like.

Here's some of the features the client would like to see:

Photo Uploading
News
Annoucements
Polls
Calendar

I'd prefer PHP, and of course, the client would like it to be as close to free as possible :D.

Any ideas? (Yes I've checked hotscripts.com :D)
