Could someone please tell me:

1) how much a gateway (check/credit card processing online system)

2) how much for a web hosting site template

search 2checkout , hostcharge , etc... already a lot of threads on this.

templates are always posted in the adverts section - starting from $30 - $150 go look im sure there will be a lot you like there.
