I need a reseller hosting company that is willing to do business with a Nigerian.
I'm willing to provide any documentation to proof that I'm not a fraudster.

I made attempt to open a reseller hosting account with Aqua Resources but was embarrassed just because I'm a Nigerian. I submitted a ticket but there has been no response.

While it is true that some Nigerians are fraudsters, I consider it unfair that all Nigerians should be labeled as fraudsters.

If those with genuine intention are given no chance to exist online, then how can they preach that it is good to be honest!

I will appreciate any help I can receive on this issue.

What are your requirements in terms of disk space bandwidth? What is your budget? I'd recommend you to short list some hosts that meet your requirements and budget & thereafter get in touch with them to check if they allow Nigerians to open an account with them.

As long as your credit card info matches and you can send a scan of both sides of the card if requested...I don't see a problem, and there are many hosts that won't also.

Like Rick said, make yourself a list and contact each one to see what they say.

There is no reason why they would refuse a genuine client.

Most genuine hosts should not restrict hosting to you. I do know that there are several hosts (including myself) do not sell to any countries that are under a US Embargo

I'm grateful for all the suggestion. A major hosting reseller has accepted my order. I am really delighted. It is now left for me to prove to them that I am worthy of the trust they gave to me.

It's quickly becoming a standard. I think any host which asks for more information should be treated with credibility. It shows they are actively monitoring their services to ensure things run smoothly..:agree:

It may be worth you contacting a host prior to ordering to introduce yourself and to make sure that they will do business with you. I'm sure this will make many hosts feel a lot more comfortable.

I am happy to tell everyone that I received a long distant call from Aquarius Storage (sorry I got the name wrong in my earlier post) yesterday. The representative was so friendly and I was treated well. The treatment was so good that I would have gone ahead to use their service if not that I already paid another hosting company.

I felt I owe Aquarius Storage a duty to inform community members here at WHT that I misunderstood their intention. They never intended to discriminate against me base on the fact that I am a Nigerian, they were just been careful and that is to be expected.

I am really overjoyed for the help that I have received from this community even though I am less than 24hours old as a member.
