i had used nameboy, makewords

makewords is good but looking for more realistic results
nameboy i wasnt satisfied.

I'm using NameTumbler and DomainIt domain name suggestion tools and these are pretty good - i recommend them.

i would suggest registrar.com or domains.hostgator.com

bustaname.com
pcnames.com

DomainWhiz.net is a new site, but I think the results are much better than other sites. Strongly recommended!

Try out domainsbot, nameboy, swiftdomainsearch. They are pretty helpful!
