Try pinging cogents routers for 24 hours and youll see a huge amount of packet loss. Global Crossing is close to collapsing financially. Abovenet is equally congested especially the West Coast. intelliweb 11-08-2002, 01:15 PM Yes cogents pricing is unbelieveable, but we are talking about quality of bandwidth. Take a look at cogents network map and then look at mfn's network map and global crossing's map. They cant even compare and nor can you say that cogents bandwidth is good quality.
