Can someone recommend good reseller hosting companies that have Ruby on Rails support. Uptime and reliability are paramount concerns.

I would think a clustered (not in the hsphere sense, but in the scalability/reliability sense) is mandatory, but everything I read and have experienced with hosts that employ clustering have many more reliability problems than those that don't...

I personally think that you CAN receive excellent uptime/reliability without clustering. If you are interested in stability, look for a host that does not oversell.
