never heard of them, but you should contact their support/sales staff and see how they handle your questions - that would most likely give you a big sign of how they do things.

I've heard of them. They are relatively new, not necessarily a bad thing, but as for customer reviews, I don't think I've seen any.

I would contact their sales department as suggested above and see how they answer your questions.

I have not heard of this company before. What makes you want to go with them, I would rather go with a provider who has many reviews on public forums, etc.

The problem with basing your decision on "many" reviews is that a lot of clients only review when things go bad and don't think about reviewing when things go well.

I, too, look for reviews, but if a company has been around more than a year and has few if any negative reviews, that's also a good sign.

They're active on this forum. It's not a bad idea to give them a chance.

I'm sorry but, I've never heard of this company. Personally I Googled the website http://www.k-disk.net/ and I'm assuming this is the company you are referring too. But, I'm always leary of a company that doesn't have an about page. The about page for me gives a summary of the overall company. Not only the about page but an uptime or SLA agreement. If they don't offer and SLA agreement to me it shows they don't stand behind their overall products. Perhaps I'm someone that reads to much into websites but when it comes to web hosting services there are so many companies out there - take your time and research!

Hello All,

I am Keith from K-Disk.net. As The-Pixel mentioned, I currently do not have an about page, We have just launched our new site template and that page should be online today. Please feel free to submit any Pre-Sales questions via the Contact Page or Live Help and we will get back with you soon.

Just to correct a few points, K-Disk.net was formed in 2007 as mainly a Blog/Forum host, In 2008 we decided to open up to the mainstream and offer standard webhosting. We are a smaller company but are growing pretty quickly.

I also do also have a few reviews posted by current customers on several 3rd party review sites, such as WebHostingStuff.com.

Please dont hesitate to ask any questions.
