New install, etc. It is currently sitting in my home (right over.... there) and when I try to create a "New Site" I get the following error. I am also looking up the error to figure out but if any of you know what it is and what to do about please chime in.

I GOT IT. Thanks anyway. Problem solved I think. If I am correct I will come back and post the fix.
