How easy is the install? Will it run in the default whmcs template?

It's a matter of 6 simple stages, no db work needed, it's all carried out for you.

In my opinion, it's very, very simple considering how well it is integrated. And yes, it works fine with the default whmcs template. If you check out the demo, you can see that it is also using the detault template and looks fine!

Is this product encoded?

Only class files and the admin area are encoded, all other files are open for editing.
