How's the service though? Any downtime?

well up til lately I can't complain, very little downtime. But one
domain is on a server that has a refresh problem, site doesnt' always come up, you need to refresh.

But, now I need to get some support, and nothing. I'm running a business, a 2 months isn't cutting it.

If it clears up soon, with a helluva an explaination, I'll stay, but
Im looking to change as we speak. Its too bad, like I said up til now its been pretty good, and good quick support.

$5.00 will not even warm up my car and my plane will that is another story.

It's been a while since I've had an account with 5bucksamonth, but while I was with them, their servers seemed to be very stable compared to the readyhosting servers at the time I transferred my account. I believe 5bucksamonth is a reseller or subsidary of advancedminds.com and at the time I was with them, I believe they were hosting on Cobalt RAQ servers. I'm not sure whats going on with the company, but I haven't seen much of a change in their hosting package or website in the past 2 years or so. It did seem like it took them several months to cancel my account which I believe was after they charged me for another year.

the name says it all. if that is all they offer, how do they stay in business.
