Please correct me if I'm wrong but all the offers forums are locked now. Is this new or has it always been like this?

They're prolly just locked for you. Seems to be a lot of action in there.

Or it could be because of the upgrade. Seems there's always a setting (or 12) that gets switched on by default. ;)

That makes more sense, because they were never locked for me, but I can still post and read in them... Interesting.. :)
