I'd like to know the answer to that as well. I can only assume that many upgraded to a better solution such as ModernBill after they offered a discount. I have hads tons of issues with it and the author does not want to respond to fix it. They have many promises for add-ons and features, that just keep being postponed and now the answer is it will be in version 2.0... I am heading down to MB as well. We check this by running phpinfo on your server which tells us if it is or not.
