Just a shame you guy's can't get your systems working...

First of all, the domain search wasnt working at all!

Try 30 minutes later, and its actually searching for domains, so I think bah, ill have that one, it'd be rude not to at £2 lol.

So I goes ahead and registers a domain name, and guess what, after taking the credit card details etc, your system decides it no longer wants to go on; gets to 34% and 15 minutes later, its still at 34%.

Not got anything in my email except loads of crap about how happy you are to have me as a customer (non-HTML emails - eek), but not a single word about my username, password, domain name etc...

I uses my nod, and guesses my username, but dont have a password, so requests one. Gets the password, and tries to login, only to be told theres an error and a technician will be along to fix it shortly.

It's always a good idea to take the entire ordering system offlineand place a message up explaining, if you can't manage to get it working...

In the meantime, the email states the domain name may be registered by someone else, im now thinking are you guys gonna cybersquat, as thats what the old uk2 were famous for...

Glad the domain wasnt important, and my credit card gets renewed next month!

None of the domains I put through yesterday have been registered yet, and a sales ticket is still un-answered that was raised yesterday.

It took them about 8 hours to respond to my ticket (yesterday) and all I got was a completely un-informative response, which failed to answer my question regarding the status of the registration...

That's all well and good, but it does'nt really help does it?! I know there's a problem (thats been the case for over 36 hours now), but I want to know if and when my domain name will actually be registered, since they have billed my card for it...

At least you've had a response, I'd of been happy with that kind of response then at least i'd know they have even read the ticket.

What annoy's me most is the annoying sales chat window that keeps popping up when I go check my ticket, yet they cannot answer my sales question via a ticket.

Don't believe we'll use UK2 for any important stuff in the future.
