Hi there WHT members!
My name is Eric Morales and I'm the Business Intelligence Manager for ServInt.
I came from Apple, Inc and am new to the webhosting industry.
I'm here to learn, chat, and basically geek out. :)

A couple points of interest are the forum guidelines (http://www.webhostingtalk.com/rules.php) and this answer guide (http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=585586).

Welcome!
What exactly is a Business Intelligence Manager? Duties, etc. And what did you do for Apple?

It's a little tough to trim to a 30 second spiel but I'll do my best. :)
Basically, I'm in charge of identifying the priorities of ServInt's customers day to day and, thus, identifying what ServInt's priorities are day to day. Until about a couple of months ago, ServInt hadn't paid for so much as a banner ad in nearly 8 years. Referrals were, and are, the bread and butter of the company.
So we have a vested interest in keeping people happy and helping them use and master the tools they need to run a business. My job is to identify what tools (whether they be software, service, support, etc) people need to make that happen on our end.
At Apple I worked on the retail end with a specific focus on Consumer, Small and Medium Business sales and deployment. Basically, anything that wasn't large scale Government or Enterprise.
Apple has a corporate office in Reston, VA that we could take prospective customers to and demo software/hardware combos, sandbox complicated network setups, etc.
