Hi Friends,

Currently i am looking for a Windows Shared Reseller Hosting with below features :-

1.Windows Account with Plesk Control Panel
2.Unlimited Domains/Websites
3.ASP.NET
4.SQL Server 2005
5.VS.NET (I have already VS.NET license. If provided server access I can install as well)
6.Provide access to Server? In-case we need to install something relevant to my domain only.
7.Competitive price and good support and uptime.

Anyone can recommend a good hosting provider? Space might be anything minimum of 5-10GB with good bandwidth.

Kindly help me to choose one from your experience.

Rgds,
Kino

I doubt very much you will find the above in a "shared" environment. You would need a dedicated environment or VPS.

Hi

as tcstatic says you will need your own server (virtual/dedicated) to use remote desktop

also, never go with a "unlimited" host as unlimited usually does have limits, its better to find a host with reasonable limits so you know where you stand :)

Ditto to what tcstatic and CyberHostPro. Additionally, I would recommend against Windows + Plesk as it is really hard to manage and there have been many stability issues with it. Consider DotNetPanel instead as it has been confirmed to work great on Windows systems.

Also, what is your budget for this?

Your budget is good and you should be able to find host matching your requirements (minus unlimited domains and remote access to server). Also, be sure to check reviews of your prospective host using Search feature on top right corner of the page along with browsing few pages of Windows Hosting section.

Good luck!

If you want unlimited domains and server access you will need to get a VPS. Try and find a host who offers VPS integration with a control panel.

It's had no more issues than any other Windows control panel. it can be a bit flaky but it can also be very robust.

To the OP though. If you want unlimited domains be prepared to pay a premium. Most windows resller providers put a cap on domains as you just can't load 1,000 domains on a windows server like you can with good old Linux.

Any Windows Hosting Control Panel is as good as the hosting provider.
So as long as you choose a good Windows Hosting provider, you should be able to expect excellent service from the host and the their control panel

Can't say I agree with this. Plesk and Helm 4.x are both disasters on Windows. You should chose a good provider AND a good control panel...not one or the other. Plenty of good providers use good control panels.

Neither Helm nor Plesk are the disasters some are making them out to be.

Helm is really good! Helm4 had some issues it still does but and getting worse since Parallels took over, Helm3 is solid & stable.

Overall Helm4 is not bad from what I recall from using it.

Of course, competitors always say their competition are no good :)
Being in the Windows Hosting industry for close to 7 years, Hsphere and Plesk are both stable, enterprise-class hosting solutons.

I don't know about Helm, as I've not personally used it. But I would not go as far as calling it a disaster

Plesk is better than many control panels available on Windows. It is a matured product for Windows. On Linux I may have a different view though.

Well I haven't touched Plesk since 7.6 and never will again. Keep in mind that its a control panel ported over from *nix. I remember when it used to run on Apache / MySQL on a Windows box. Oh and the upgrades were always a treat. Just check out the Windows Plesk Parallels forums to get a taste for what you are in for with Plesk. Helm is basically a dead dog now too.
