I have a plan in my head which is the following:

I hire a normal, unmanaged dedicated server from a quality provider (which and how doesn't matter). I hire a server admin and add a little profit to the price and sell it as managed servers (which they are, it sounds misleading, but it is not :D).

Now here is my question: Is it possible to hire a server admin for a fixes monthly fee or do I need to hire someone fulltime (very cost expensive the first months)? And if so, what would be the cost of such a server admin, per server or fulltime (please give quotes for both options).

Of course it is allowed to promote yourself with your service and post your rate here. There is only one "but", you have to be, or at least be able to speak, Dutch...:D

Yep, since if I launch this idea my business will be in the Netherlands.
