I emailed them yesterday, and they were very helpful at being able to match and beat an atom deal that interserver.net has been advertising.

It wasn't instant, but they got back to me quickly. I haven't taken the deal just yet, but it is one of the main ones, I'm considering.

I took up a custom server offer 3 days ago, but my server HAS BEEN DOWN 3 times in 3 Days.

I believe this is unacceptable. Who do I contact to get this sorted out? I'm extremely unhappy
