I am still waiting for a reply from the phpmanager support people so I figured someone here might be able to help me.. I just got phpmanager the other day but my problem is how do I add all my existing customers without 1. sending a welcome email automatcially and 2. setting up billing for them on the correct day of the month.? Any clues?

Whe you add existing customers, enter all of their information but put your email address in. Once the client is added (you will get the activation emails) then you edit it and change the email address to the correct one. You can also edit their start date, the invoice date and the payment due date at the same time. I hope this helps :)

thanks, I was not aware you can go back into the account after and change the start date.

If memory serves me, there is something about entering the date in the proper format. I don’t think you can enter it like 11/05/2002. I remember reading something about the subject on phpmanager’s forum. You might do a search of that forum though just to make sure.
