I am going to be moving domains from one server to another. What is the best way to do this? If possible we want to preserve username and passwords for user accounts.

Is there an automated/script way to do this that does not just copy the setup files? For example, we don't want to copy over the existing virtusertable as it is corrupted. What is our best bet?

We are working on a RaQ4. The old (bad) one is not fully patched and cannot be patched due to things an old admin did. The new (good) machine is fully patched and just waiting.
