Starting up my own hosting services soon, I am looking for someone who is skilled in the specific of designing pages for web hosts. Does anyone know of someone who is good with having all main pages flow fluently together in design with WHMCS?

Hmmm I am in the same boat, requesting quotes atm, however the fact it will take a week for reply is dissapointing

Payton looks great. I see they say unlimited revisions, if I were to go to them a month later (say I was running a special) for a graphic depicting a sale mid-page, they would do that?

You'd need to ask them, but I'd say not under the original agreement. Revisions typically refer to the original design, not updates to special images for life. ;)
