All fixen, extremenetwork core switch/router had hardware issues, backup is in place and will be replaceing all hardware this week. With more plans to keep downtime to min. if there is a hardware issue again.

Sorry about the issue and there will be more updates posted on our forum tomorrow AM.

Yes, it was down and had been down for HOURS!!!!

redundent router seems NO where and they claimed second redundent router failed too.

This reminded me that few monthese ago, I asked them to get my backup restored, they said backup HD failed too.

I have been with matrixreseller for a year and why second redundent equipment failed twice on me ???

They charge $ 60 for simlpe a backup restore also

Vortech, the network may be up but it's virtually unusable - I'm getting a stunning 50kbps on a 1.5mbs cable modem - "replaceing all hardware this week" is a scary prospect as effectively you're talking about 3-5 days downtime with the current speeds - please find a better "temporary" solution if it's going to take a while to get the main router back as us e-commerce people will lose alot of money with downtime at this time of year!

Update that - just FTP downloaded a file at a remarkable 20.71 kbps!

We are still working to get to get it fully fixed. We had 2 peaces of hardware fail last night and are on our 3rd backup now. Good old halloween and ghosts..

We are posting updates on our forum, but I can't keep you updated here, our forum and all the forums. So if you are having issues please use our systems.

Thanks and we are working to get this fixed ASAP.

Just to update - now getting 1.65 Mbps so things now better than normal - nice one and much more typical of matrix performance

I am still wondering why redudent network/swtich/router ,whatever you presented, did NOT kick in and work in minutes or hours?

My customers had just suffer your downtime(or said deadly slow network ) for three days?

We replaced our backup router with our new router and was only down for about 5 min MAX.
