I just bought a RaQ4, How can I give a reseller access to set up domains like I can do in /admin/ but only be allowed to see sites assigned to their IP instead of everything hosted on this pizza box? :dgrin:

It's not possible with the original cobalt interface. But there are some script and systems around that can accomplish that. But personally, I haven't tried any of them, since we are not in the reseller market ;-)
