Explaining of why this happens within India?

LOOKS LIKE THE PROBLEM IS NOT ON OUR END BUT WITH YOUR ISP - SEE THE TRACEROUTES FROM OUR END BELOW TO OTHERS

The problem with your ISP is its coming in VIA NIXI (218.100.48.109) and there seems to be congestion at NIXI for your ISP SANCHARNET. LOOKS LIKE SANCHARNET IS SENDING A LOT OF TRAFFIC FOR A PORT THATS CONGESTED. WE HAVE INCLUDED A TRACE FROM TO VARIOUS ISPs in the country . If you notice we are consistent hardly any increase from nixi to us that means the port between nixi and sancharnet are clogged . IT could also be a problem at NIXI itself.

If you needed Raid1 we have a 8506-2LP 3ware in stock at the moment

The Max Ram on the server is 8GIGS. The processor is Core2Quad or Phenom X4 . On the phenom we can go to 16gigs of ram depending on availability of single rank memory.

If you really need a higher end dedicated server in India you can always purchase and co-locate with us. We take Tower Colo as well so its easier for customers to make boxes and ship them or come and install them at the facility
