Do you colocate or do you rent them, and what datacenter are they in Nac? any others? Do you have future plans for any other Datacenters? What lines and providers are your server's connected to. How good is your support response time? Do you provide phone support

I'm thinking of signing up for plan three for server monitoring, etc. This way incase of one of my other locations go down clients can come here and view status :).

I look forward to the earliest response.
Hmm I was going to post this in HTTPme.com but it seem's as if they have banned my ip address? Do you guys always ban possible customer's ip addresses, and delete threads?

You're the first IP I've ever banned. Out of thousands of threads, probably deleted a handful. We're not interested in having you as a client. Plenty of other hosts out there that will serve you.
