I own a ModernBill license, and recently on their support forums, this member TimP signs up on the 1st. I then see in his signature something like:

There has never been a person to open up a modernbill theme site, as modernbill themes are pretty hard to make. So, I went to mbthemes.com, and sure enough, it's on one of HIS servers. So, just watch out for that site.
