I have been responding back and forth with you on this through the ticket system be sure to log in and view the tickets. Also this is not the place for this please e-mail me personally if you have problems with the ticket system. joe@joesdatacenter.com If your request is an emergency you can put a 911 ticket in the system and someone will be paged 24/7/365. Although 911 tickets before the server has been deployed is usually frowned upon.
