DrChaos - I e-mailed phpManager support about this, they said it is perfectly ok. I will supply all of the login info, the IP can be changed straight away in the members area.

Just so you know, ionServ is absolutely right. Changing the IP is very easy and selling your PHPManager license is allowed.
