i can reach my host (ftp/cpanel... etc) but can access to my site from ie

Yep more details needed here...give an accurate description of the problem and maybe domain name etc so that we can trace it from other parts of the world to help you.

the domain is webtraffic.da.ru when i try to reach it with browser it seems to be closed but i can reach ftp & cpanel & secureshell
is that a enough accurate description ? if not ask me what you need to know...

i asked 1000 questions about that and other things no one answerd , before that my helpdesk account deleted twice...

Ok then... maby apache could of died... if I was you I would move hosts ;)

now i can't access my ftp/mail/cp etc... i have emailed 3 days ago and got no respond ....

lesson learned:
don't go with digitalhost.net
