I've looked at their site today and whilst it's not "cheap" for a start-up, their new-starters plan for $100 a month (maximum 1 server, 100 domains) isn't really that bad value at all however you'd have to basically price in a minimum of $1 a month per client to cover just the support so it won't work for those wanting an ultra-low price plan offering.
