I'm sure they are but any recommendation?

Is it worth it?

www.Bobcares.com <- The best I've ever used, but then again it depends on your setup and platform. Care to provide more details of your service?

Inno Hosting (http://www.innohosting.com/) offer EndSupport as standard on all their shared hosting reseller packages. There are plenty of reviews about them here somewhere and they have earned a formidable reputation over many years.

im not sure if you are looking for a support company or a hosting company that provides end-user support. If its the latter than InnoHosting (http://www.innohosting.com/) and EZPZ hosting (http://www.ezpzhosting.co.uk/) are two that i know of..

There are a lot of such service providers listed on the webhosting talk wiki . You can have a look at http://www.webhostingtalk.com/wiki/Companies_providing_server_management

Bobcares was really interesting. Also I got a question about them, the reseller plan:
http://bobcares.com/reseller-plan.html/ I guess it means that they support if you are using a reseller?

I think so Grimley. I've looked at their site today and whilst it's not "cheap" for a start-up, their new-starters plan for $100 a month (maximum 1 server, 100 domains) isn't really that bad value at all however you'd have to basically price in a minimum of $1 a month per client to cover just the support so it won't work for those wanting an ultra-low price plan offering.

Are you looking for tech support to you or are you looking to open a hosting company and have your host provide to your clients?
