I`m posting here because i'm desperate and i know phpcoder (Alec) monitor this forum.

Some of you have already read some posts of mine saying about downtime on EdgeHost.

It looks like the downtimes are gone, and this is very good, but it doesn`t mean my site is online.

We had an upgrade on Red Hat. Downtime.
We had the router problems. Downtime.
We had a faulty switch somewhere. Downtime.

My site was said "reaching the bandwidth limit". It hadn`t. My site satyed offline for 11 hours.

My site was said "reaching the bandwidht limit" again, on the other day. It hadn`t again. My site stayed offline for 24 hours !

Today, the error message is "This Account Has Been Suspended
Please contact the billing/support department as soon as possible. ".

BUT i`m not overdue on anything. I have payed for the month and my next billing date is on November 7, so it can`t be offile due to payment problems.

So, i just don`t know what is happening and there are 12 hours i emailed support and i haven`t got any answer from them.

I just don`t know what to do anymore.

Phpcoder (Alec) if you read this, please, solve the problem because there is no reason for my site to be offline and no one answers me !

I know Alec visits their own board as well. They also have ticket support. I think their ticket support is your best bet. I usually get a response within the hour.

I guess you didn't get any of my 5 emails I sent you. You were running scripts that were killing the server (made it crash 2x) so I emailed you a few times.

I won't say anything more in public, however please reply to my emails or your tickets.

I can't read any e-mail you sent me, because my email is inacessible, since you suspended my account. On the other e-mails addresses i use there is no message from you or edgehost.

My scripts are running since i host with you (almost one month now) and why are they causing troubles only now ?

One more thing: you didn't need to suspend my account, just disable or delete my cron jobs !!!! Why did you disable my account ?

I can't access my e-mail to read your messages and my support tickets have being deleted, so i can't read your answer or reply to them.

What am I supposed to do now ?
