View Full Version : Any news about ServInt?
I've tried to pm BobFarmer (Reed) of ServInt several times but got no reply at all. I'm wondering if he's still around? He's used to be very responsive.
If you're a current customer of ServInt, could you please try to ask him about when they're going to release their next special offer on WHT? Reed told me it's going to be at the end of October but it's still not there yet.
creature 11-05-2002, 02:40 PM I believe he is just swamped. They are attempting to get the former CAIS data center one floor down from them so they can offer up more space. Personally, I'd love it since it would mean I could move the racks I have with them to a more open area and larger area so when I get another couple racks I don't have to worry about it being some place other then where I have my current set.

Im not a ServInt customer, but from what I hear they rock, and are handling a decent level of business very well.

HostingDirect 11-05-2002, 04:42 PM I must say I have also been very impressed with servint. I have been with them for about a month and support has been excellent. I can always get someone on the phone who can talk unix and they are very willing to help resolve issues.

After the first month of having a server with them I have nothing but praise for the company... everything has been superb so far.

I am in the process of getting my 3rd server from ServInt, and thus far have had superior service from them.

not that i'd be worried about that at servint... their network is really superior! but i'd also take care about the reduncy ... get a server elsewhere for backup stuff too ...
