I am new to web host and just got my Raq 4i to start hosting, and now I'm ready to set up e-mail. I see there is an e-mail server running, and I've placed the correct IP addresses in the parameters, but I keep getting rejects on any mail I send to my account. Is this because I need an additional pkg? I bought my Raq used, and when I go to maintenance, I see there is NEOMAIL 1.25 installed, but I can't access it plus its home page is no longer functioning. If I need to upload another pkg, can someone point me to a file that is not tar.gz zipped? My 7-zip does not unzip those correctly. Any hints at how its supposed to work would be great...

Can you download winzip or winrar to unzip .tar.gz?
I'm not familiar with 7-zip!
That's all the help I can provide :)

I figured it out. It turns out that godaddy.com was rerouting all my mail requests to its mail server, and preventing them from getting to my mail server...I've switched it.
The only issue I have now, is that all my mailboxes include www in their address, like name@www.mydomain.com
I was able to get tar.gz decompressor to work...

Well that post by ddwebguru looks like a automated keyword search and post bot response. Forum spammers are getting quite sophisticated these days. You can spot them due to their obvious disjointed responses. Or there could be a human behind it doing the same thing for the same reason.
With that point aside, 7-zip is a very nice advanced all compression handling program which is free. It should be able to handle any regular archive or compressed file tossed at it.
As for your RaQ4i, you may want to do an OS restore to get it going, or if it came pre-configured, you will need to know (and probably post) all the details about what is installed. Either way, you should not need to directly modify any configuration files to get things to work. Changes should be made through the control panel.
