The service that we provide you is a self-managed server. That means that we look after the 'physical' aspects of your service as well as power, network and cooling. You have full administrative access to the server to manage the software and operating system and to add in any required packages or software. We have engineers who are experienced in many aspects of running a server, and we can provide assistance on an ad-hoc chargeable basis for matters that are outside of the support remit.

Hi we would setup the OS and install cPanel if selected, you would be responsible for any migrations or data transfer.

There is no shared firewall in place, the server would have a direct connection to the internet. We can provide dedicated firewalls from just £59/month with £159 setup.
