What's a rough breakdown by month - ie when are renewals coming due?

If you're averaging 2 a day since Sept., that's 65 days x 2 per day = 130 (out of 180) that are due 10-12 months of service before (if) they renew. That's $1800+ of server costs before they come due.

Edit:
4. You will get the server located in large datacenter ...

Who owns the server? What are the server specs? What kind/how much bw included/used now?

How'd you come up with $50? $4520 annually / 180 customers = $25.44 pretty close to his figure.

We started to offer monthly payments from september.
Before that all payments were annualy.
thats why most of our payments are annualy.
Customers after september are mostly doing monthly payments.

The server is Celeron 1.3 Ghz 512MB RAM 80GB HDD with Cpanel/WHM Licence.

NOTE:

We already got an offer for $8K

If you are not interested in this offer PLEASE do not post anything.

I am interested otherwise I wouldn't be asking questions. However I haven't seen enough information to make an offer.

Still unanswered:

What is a rough breakdown by month of when accounts are due?

What is the quantity of bw included in the server fee?

What is average monthly bw usage?

Who owns the server?

New questions:

Is the monthly recurring $400 figure per month? The reason I ask this is you added the annual $4120 with the $400 and showed a total of $4520. This suggests it's the annual amount. Also probably why dreamHOBO came up with $50 - he's probably thinking $400/month. ($400 * 12) + 4120 = $8920 / 180 customers = $49.56 per cust (but that's annually). Could you clear this up. It could make a signifigant difference in the valuation.

Also , annual clients are considered a debit , and can be considered to devalue the company .

Okay here comes more info:

1. Server is Celeron 1.3Ghz - 512MB RAM - 80GB HDD
2. 12% of server HDD (home) is used by now
3. Server comes with 100GB multihomed monthly bandwidth - only 60-70 GB is beeing used each month.
4. Server is dedicated from a well known dedicated provider which has a live chat support (AOL)
5. Server has 30 Dedicated IP's which 10 are still not used. (I have paid the setup fee. no monthly payments required)
6. If any one is serious, I can send charts, reports and screenshots of income, profit, loss.

Monthly income:

1st month of biz --- Dec 2001 - $492
2nd ---------------- Jan 2002 - $710
3rd ----------------- Feb 2002 - $335
4th ----------------- Mar 2002 - $270
5th ------------------ Epr 2002 - $350
6th ----------------- May 2002 - $242
7th ----------------- jun 2002 - $615
8th ----------------- Jul 2002 - $235
9th ------------------ Aug 2002 - $245
10th ---------------- Sep 2002 - $536.83 (Monthly and annualy)
11th ----------------- Nov 2002 - $677.69 (Monthly and annualy)
12th ----------------- Dec 2002 - Not yet recived.

Total Transactions: 492 (Including Declined)
Total Volume: 4,928.49 USD (Excluding 12th month)
Average Ticket Size: 24.38
Products Defined: 60
Mailing list subscribers: 306

There is ~ $400 - 30 days recurring transactions, So when the year is up, approx after 1.5 month, you will have about $400 plus the december income which will be lets say approx another $200 monthly recurring, The total recurring after the end of the year will be $600
So on the jan 2003 the total income will be $492 + $600 = $1092 (+ the jan income)
and on feb 2003 total income will be $710 +$600 = $1310 (+Jan and feb income)
and so on...

Of cource some members will leave and some will stay, however there are new members every day!.

I still not decided to go with anyone.

I will sell the company to offers more than $7K

Any serious offer is welcomed.
