Yes ensim does that.

I cannot compare to Cpanel as I have not used cpanel, but Ensim does install everything.

Be careful however: Ensim puts its own releases, so you might not patch or upgrade to newer releases as you want.

Ensim is growing on me since we started using it.

It installs all the necessary, and its fairly easily mod'able and hack'able. For features like subdomain management.

Its easy to setup subdomain management.

Ensim is releasing subdomain management and advanced MySQL management for multiple DBs, etc... on the next release. They have also told us they are moving to "de-Ensimize" a lot of their set up. Meaning it will go more native in nature.

Not sure but I think there next release is a full release to 4.0 and not 3.2. Who knows.
