I had a good experience with this host as a reseller, as far as support, speed and reliability.

What I liked especially is the great support attention I received even when I had to open several tickets for various minor issues. They weren't like other hosts who always claim that it is a problem on my end. Their live support is excellent as well.

I didn't have any downtime, and one great feature is that they have a live server status page (not just checkboxes) that shows you the exact load of the server and if the FTP, HTTP, POP3 are up, and the total uptime the server has had.

Overall I recommend this host, as I had no major problems with them whatsoever. And even when I had minor issues, they were more than happy to take care of them. The only thing that kept me from staying with them is that they offer too little webspace for the price that they charge.

The OP has provided a domain that at a point was hosted by Allurehost.

Perfect example of you get what you pay for.

In this case, the OP got good hosting, but the price was higher. Probably a good tradeoff if your time is worth more than $1/hour.
