i searched via the "Find a Host" button to a relevant hosting company that fit my needs but i didn't find any. So in which forum can a post a dedicated server request ?

WHT does not have a requests forum, and it's against rules to send offers in these types of threads.

You can look at the offers forum, and select a suitable host.
