SM-Dominic 05-31-2009, 05:58 AM Hello,
There was a problem with the Coupon Codes for which i appologize.
When following the order link you get a list of our Dallas Servers and the availability of them,
You can click on the ATOM, E8400 or Q9550 configuration on there and start the ordering process.
Use the coupon code at the end, please not that if you are buying the Q9550 and select cPanel it will not automatically discount the first month.
Send in a ticket to our billing dept. after the order and they will change your invoice.

All coupon codes should be fixed now, appeared to be a bug in the new WHMCS v4 installation.
A speedtest can be found at http://www.sharedlayer.com/speedtest
Should we pay for 3 months upfront?
No all payments are month-to-month

Hello,
Thank you for your order, in most cases it takes about 1 hour to receive the anti-fraud report from our gateway.
After this you should receive the login details of your server within 8-24 hours.

It looks like even though it's June 1st the cart is trying to prorate for July also, so you're paying for June AND July together.
Not sure why, seems like a WHMCS bug.

Hello,
You are right, we have contacted WHMCS regarding this bug and they provided us with new files to resolve this problem.
So everyone should now get the good values on their checkout page.
When ordering cPanel with the Q9550 it will be added to your invoice, but we will credit the amount for the cPanel license.

Hello,
As explained through our ticketing system there was a miscommunication internally about an suspension.
I'm sorry for this inconvenience and your account has been credited for this downtime.

Hello,
Yes it's supposed to be pro-rated, all services are billed on the 1st of every month.
So all orders are pro-rated to the last day of the current month.
ghettoc401 06-02-2009, 12:45 PM Ok great, I was just making sure that is the way to go. Look for my order soon! :P
