Hey...
Well at my company we are wanting to charge our employee's for calls.
So what we want to do is like they top up there account using paypal then can call until there money run's out...
Is there any software out there that can do this?

You might be able to do what you want with a2billing (http://www.asterisk2billing.org/cgi-bin/trac.cgi).
It has a customer/user interface that you can integrate with PayPal for them to buy credit but it will depend what phone system you are trying to integrate it with. It's designed to work with Asterisk.

Sound like u alraedy have some sort of solution going on in there and ur employees are using some sort of extension or may be calling accounts externally. U can either topup manually or setup a system(asterisk+a2billing) where they can do what u have described.
