How much for cpanel + fantastico?

hey i ordered it 8 hours ago. it says its activated in my control panel, but I have yet to receive anything about server details. Also, there is no way to submit tickets on your website. just letting you know.

There also needs to be clean up of your website layout, there are few bugs.

Got my server. Was offline for about an hour immediately after delivery. Was back on then.

After about using it for 2 hours, it went down. I don't know for what reason. But I tried accessing their site, and that was down too.

4 hours later, server is back up. But their site is still down.

Anyone who posted in this thread has had their issue(s) resolved for some time now - if that's not the case for you for some reason, please drop me a private message. I apologize, as we did get behind on the server provisions over the weekend, some of you did experience a delay in getting your servers configured.

The good news is that everyone was compensated for it: we upgraded any customer waiting over 24 to Dual Gigabit ports at no additional charge, for as long as they remain a customer. Unfortunately, no good deed goes unpunished - some servers had issues auto-negotiating the port speeds and experienced duplex mismatches until we forced them on the switch. Sorry about that, and we've learned out lesson.

Let's look at the bright side: Shown below are test downloads from our (non-rate-limited) network showing the difference between our servers with Dual 1 Gigabit ports ($9.95/month option) and our Dual 100 Megabit ports (included with all servers). Hey guys so I got to speak with John directly, and he helped me with ALL the issues I had. He gave me my dual 1 Gbps port at full duplex and its beast. I am really happy with my server now, I guess those 2 days were just bad luck cause everything is better now. My server had 1 issue with downtime and he suggested I swap it with no data loss, overall I am very happy with my server and will definitely keep it ;)
