Which CMS do you think is best to offer clients that is:

a. Easy for them to use and:
b. Requires less assistance from the host

Right now, I am looking at PHP-Nuke, Post-Nuke, Xoops, phpWebSite. If you have any other that are good, please let me know.

Thank You

I played with all of them today, and for low-tech clients, phpWebsite it will be. Thanks everyone.

DaBoss, geekmom, they look very good. :)

Thanks :-)

I agree. For a site that needs a little bit more customer integration such as excite or yahoo there are probably more robust java solutions out there. Creating your own modules for phpws isn't too hard either though.

At this time, it is for a VERY simple client, and phphWebsite will do the job. Down the road, I may make something custome, but right now I have no need for it.

I concur that phpwebsite is better...IMHO at least. I would use it (and have) over the nukes because of the added mods that in most cases, aren't really needed.

Though I am not speaking against the nukes, I just prefer to not use them.
