Administrator Access: yes
RAM: 512-1GB
Space: 40-50GB
band: at least 500gb
Remote Desktop Connection : at least 4-5
Install / Run Programs (.exe): yes
I dont need any panels etc. I want use it only for RDA

You will need terminal services licensing to meet your requirements of 4-5 rdp connections which will put you out of budget

I have a feeling virtuozzo allows you to increase the RDP connections manually but I would to confirm this. Otherwise yes you would need to pay more for the Terminal Services license - its only a few dollars.

You can get RDA accounts form some place i have seen for about $10 a month.
May just be better for you to get 4 of them?

most providers will give you 1-2 RDP connections, most companies will charge 10-15 dollars for each extra RDP.

The standard windows license allows for a max of 2 rdp connections. Anything more will require a Terminal Service license.

....and those are for administrative use, not for applications. The virtuozzo hardware node has only those two for all VPSs. Host must have TS licenses and license server to give vps cusotmers one each if there are over two vps per node
