I don't believe Perl Desk allows you to keep track of customer accounts. It keeps track of its own accounts, but it does not act like a client management program at all.

You could make a simple script to keep your tickets in a MySQL database, but I wouldn't recommend that unless you know php or perl well.

You can also look into phpmanager I am pretty sure it has a built in ticket system in it and there is also something to set it up along with PerlDesk also that is available as a hack..

hmmm phpmanager....Have you tried phpmanager.com? If your going to run a web hosting business your going to have to drop these "help me on every step because im too lazy" habbits.
I myself am lazy and sometimes find myself doing things like that. :)
