My design process usually goes.
Photoshop -> Dreamweaver -> TidyGUI to clean up the code and all that other stuff.

I use Photoshop, Notepad and GoLive for basic static sites...

Notepad takes too long unless you know exactly how you want everything to look (and you know HTML rather well). I like to stick to Dreamweaver (and of course Photoshop for my graphics :D ).

Until the time comes when I get my hands on Dreamweaver my process is as follows

Photoshop, HTML-Kit, Ace-FTP with regular looks into script directory sites

Studio MX. Well, only Fireworks and Dreamweaver for now. Hoping to learn Flash some day soon. ;)

Notepad, usually Pico in Shell. Adobe Photoshop and Jasc Paint Shop Pro are what I use for graphics.

I do everything in VS 6 or .NET (VS = Microsoft Visual Studio) for every type of application. Then again this isn't a WYSIWYG type of IDE it's more for those who prefer to write their own HTML, like myself ;).

I use Photoshop and Illustrator for image creation and manipulation..Fireworks and Imageready for slicing and compressing images..and Dreamweaver for coding the page..
