How do you do your per GB billing on dedicated/co-location customers? Do you use MRTG at the switch port, do you use PACT, etc.?

It varies from host to host. Ask the host to be sure. MRTG is commonly used. But check out, and ask the host.

We have a custom script that generates all sorts of bandwidth stats for billing from the switch port.
