I am a developer by trade and will fumble around for a bit until I find me feet in this arena. It is a local place that people speak of favorably. If it does not work out then I will look elsewhere. I'm not sure if I can get over not being able to put my hands physically on the box. Though rest assured I won't hesitate to go elsewhere if they show they won't give a level of support that I am paying for. I see no indication of this though and the owner is actually bending over backwards to help me out and showing this newbie how this and that is done. I expect to be pleased.
