Thank you for your great input since i forgot to mention those points

These dedicated servers have no control panel but it can be installed on request.

Each server comes with 1 public ip at this time we cannot provide more but will be able to in the future.

I have not installed OpenVZ for VPS but i know for a fact that QEMU works so Openvz should be fine.

Annual payments are only on request as we prefer to do month to month.

Yes it's a 100mbps unmetered line , also the servers are Un-manged but certain software can be installed per request , also as for the up time of the network i would say 99% as sometime it does occur that a short outage can happen for a few seconds for some odd reason other then that we've been up for 2 months during testing trails with no down time what so ever.
