It is a shame because I thought your company was good, according to reports.

I can understand the slow response due to verification, however I do not appreciate being made to feel like a fraudster

During a live chat with Matrixreseller I was also made out to be awkward and unhelpful because I said I could not get to a fax machine within 24 hours.

Good company, poor attitude if your not US based

Fraud is something that internet companies deal with on a day to day basis and we do everything that we can to protect our customers and our company. Since we have began using this procedure, we have greatly lowered the risk of fraud within our company. Many customers feel protected by this procedure. Again, I am sorry that our services did not suit your needs and expectations.

Perhaps its needs reviewing, as it has now lost you a perfectly legitamate customer.

Well, in my previous post I stated that this procedure has saved us money, meaning that chargebacks have dropped tremendously due to fraudulent charges. I have also noticed that quite a few other hosting companies are taking on this procedure as well to protect themselves and their customers. It has worked great for us and we do not plan to change this policy. Most customers appreciate our concern in protecting them.
