Now I'm planning to expand it as a complete IT solution company ranging for services such as Website Design and Development, Web Hosting, Software Development, Multimedia

Production, Hardware and Networking Support along with Outsourced 24 x 7 support.

Recently there has been a boom in the market as most of the companies are cutting there expenses in automating their process thus the demand of website, customised software and outsourced support has increased. Hence this is the right time to increase our strength and infrastructure and make the most out of the market.

Goals

We are planning to increase our strength to 50 by the end of this year. By the end of year 2010 we are looking forward to have our own inbound Call Center.

We are located in India only. We don't have any office in US/UK. ie why we are looking from partners from there. So that we can have someone to operate from there.

You've not mentioned a few important things:

How much investment are you looking for?
How many investors?
What equity are you offering or will this be a loan to the company?

Also, the website does not look finished, so this doesn't look genuine to me.

We have put our site offline due venture issue's. The one you are looking at is a redesign of our helpdesk support which is still under construction.

I'm looking for max 2 investors tough will prefer to have one only.

The investor can either join us as a partner or offer a loan its upon the understanding between us and the investor.
